Terms of service
These terms govern use of this website and the services Sendhaus provides. Engaging us means accepting them.
1. What we are
Sendhaus is an independent messaging and automation practice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Telegram Messenger Inc. References to Telegram's documentation and terms are descriptive; Telegram may change them at any time, and its own terms govern your use of its platform.
2. Audit before engagement
Work begins with a written audit stating what is achievable within the platform's published rules, what is not, and the realistic timeline. No further work starts until you accept a scope and fee in writing.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Delivery, engagement and growth depend on recipient behaviour and on platform decisions we do not control. We do not guarantee message delivery rates, subscriber counts, conversion rates, or that any account will remain unrestricted. What we commit to is the work: building within the documented limits, honouring consent, and reporting results honestly including when they are poor.
4. What you warrant
- Any audience data you provide was collected lawfully and with the consent required in your jurisdiction.
- You have the authority to operate the accounts, bots and channels involved.
- The messages you ask us to send are lawful, accurate, and not deceptive.
- You will not ask us to circumvent platform rules, and you accept that we will decline if you do.
We rely on these statements. If audience data turns out to be scraped or purchased, the engagement ends under clause 5.
5. What we will not do
- Cold outreach to people who have not opted in, or messaging from scraped or purchased lists.
- Purchasing subscribers, views, reactions or other engagement metrics.
- Operating account farms or rotation schemes to evade platform rate limits.
- Any automation that acts on a user's behalf without their knowledge and consent.
Discovering that an engagement falls into one of these categories ends it immediately, and unused fees are refunded.
6. Fees
Fees are quoted per engagement after the audit and are payable as set out in the engagement letter. Because outcomes depend on platform decisions, fees are for the work performed rather than contingent on results, unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise.
7. Your accounts and credentials
Where we need access to your bot or channel, it is requested with the narrowest scope that does the job, used only for the agreed work, and revoked at the end of the engagement. You remain the owner of every account, bot and channel involved.
8. Website content
Guides published here are general information, current as at their stated date, and reflect Telegram's documentation at that time. Platform limits and terms change. Nothing published here is advice about your particular situation, and you should verify against the primary source before acting on it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or platform action taken against an account, except where it results from our own breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and those courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
