How we work · what we decline

About Sendhaus

A small delivery practice for Telegram messaging. We publish the platform's limits, quote against them, and turn down the work that only functions by breaking them.

Who we are. Sendhaus builds Telegram messaging programmes — opt-in broadcast, audience growth and bot automation — for companies that need the channel to keep working next quarter. Every engagement opens with an audit that states what is reachable inside Telegram's published rules and what is not. We are an independent provider and have no affiliation with Telegram Messenger Inc.

The method

One approach underneath all three services, and it is deliberately unglamorous.

  1. Read the documentation first

Telegram publishes its send limits, its structural constraints and its terms. Most proposals in this market contradict at least one of them. We check the brief against the primary sources before quoting, and cite them in the proposal.

  2. Build on consent you can audit

Every subscriber has a recorded origin — which link, which campaign, which date. That trail is what makes a programme defensible if anyone ever asks, and it is what a scraped list can never provide.

  3. Design the queue for failure

Rate limits are not edge cases at volume; they are the normal operating condition. Back-off handling gets designed in at the start rather than added after the first throttled campaign.

  4. Report states, not activity

Delivered, read, blocked, opted out — against the reachable base. "Messages sent" is the metric that cannot fail, which is exactly why it is the one most often reported.

What we decline

Four categories, regardless of budget, because each one ends with the client's asset destroyed rather than ours.

  • Cold DM to scraped members. Breaks Telegram's terms on the collection and on the messaging, and burns the sending accounts.
  • Bought subscribers, views or reactions. Telegram states this results in a permanent ban, and the counts drain away in later purges regardless.
  • Account farms to work around rate limits. A recurring cost dressed up as a strategy.
  • Guaranteed delivery, conversion or subscriber numbers. They depend on factors no vendor controls, so quoting them is quoting fiction.

Editorial standards

The guides on this site follow the same rules as our client work.

  • Every technical figure is traced to Telegram's own documentation, or labelled as an estimate with its basis shown.
  • Where Telegram publishes nothing, we say so explicitly rather than repeating a number found elsewhere. The daily send limits vendors quote are the worked example: seven circulating figures, none of them in Telegram's documentation.
  • Every method is published with its limit in the same section, not in a footnote.
  • Articles carry a named author who checked them. Author details are on the profile page for Mara Vogel, Head of Delivery.
  • Updates are substantive; the modified date moves when the content changes, not on a schedule.

Start with the audit

Send the current setup and the goal. You get the written read before any quote — including the parts that are not reachable inside the rules.
